Construction is scheduled to take place weekdays from 9AM to 5PM and will be halted during Thanksgiving Week (Nov 23-27, 2011) and the Holiday Season (Dec 21, 2011 - Jan 3, 2012) to afford its' guests minimal interruption and inconvenience. This Phase II will add additional villas and amenities to the resort including a new building adjacent to the lobby/reception area. Noise and construction views will affect only a portion of two of the buildings or 20% of the villas and will not affect the two pool areas and the majority of the guest villas.
